Who we are

CedarStone Human Capital Solutions (Pty) Ltd (“CedarStone”) is responsible for the information you submit to the CedarStone Talent Bank. Contact: info@cedarstonehcs.co.za. Information Officer: [TO CONFIRM: name and contact details of Information Officer].

What we collect

Your name, email address, contact number, province and city, preferred roles, industry, experience, highest qualification, employment preferences, availability, and optionally your current job title, key skills, willingness to relocate and LinkedIn URL, together with the CV you upload. We also record the date and time of your consent and the version of the consent wording you agreed to. We do not ask for identity numbers, banking details, photographs or certificates — please do not include these in your CV where possible.

Why we use it

Solely to consider you for recruitment opportunities handled by CedarStone and to contact you about relevant roles. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing. With your knowledge, we may share your profile with a prospective employer for a specific role.

Who can see it

Only CedarStone staff who have been explicitly authorised can view candidate records and CVs. CVs are kept in private storage and are downloaded only through short-lived secure links.

Where it is stored

How long we keep it
